Begin with clarity, not just a home search. Understand your financial position, identify what matters most to your lifestyle, and partner with an experienced advisor before you start touring properties. The right representation gives you access to more opportunities—including private and off-market homes—while helping you evaluate value, negotiate strategically, and move confidently when the right property becomes available.

Choose representation that markets your home far beyond the MLS. Today’s strongest results come from combining thoughtful positioning with elevated visual storytelling, targeted social and email campaigns, and direct exposure through private, national, and global agent networks. Through SERHANT., each listing benefits from expansive reach, strategic media, a dedicated property website, and performance tracking that reveals how buyers are engaging. The goal is not simply to place your home on the market—it is to create demand and position it in front of the right buyers wherever they may be.

I work with buyers, sellers, investors, executives, first-time homeowners, families, and clients relocating to or from Austin and the Texas Hill Country. While I specialize in luxury representation, I believe luxury is a level of service—not a price point. Every client receives the same thoughtful strategy, attentive communication, trusted guidance, and elevated care throughout their real estate experience.

One recent transaction I am especially fond of involved helping a family purchase a home in Westlake for their next season of life. With their children now in college, they wanted a place where everyone could continue coming together—a home for holidays, visiting friends, and years of new memories. After closing, their children invited friends over to see the home, and it was beautiful to watch them imagine the life and community it would create. Being part of a parent’s gift to their family in that way was incredibly meaningful and a lovely reminder that real estate is ultimately about far more than the property itself.

After a decade in social work supporting children and families, I was drawn to real estate as another way to advocate for people during an important and often vulnerable season of life. A home is one of the largest purchases a family will make, but it also shapes their lifestyle, community, and the childhood they create for their children. I entered real estate to help families make that decision with confidence, clarity, and someone genuinely invested in protecting their best interests.
