We had the most amazing house in Los Gatos and knew it may take a while to sell. When we moved in 6 years ago we had 4 kids living with us. Only 1 here full time now. They were always communicative, transparent, and available (which was very important to us) and managed to line up the seemingly impossible set of dates, meaning the move itself was as seamless as it gets. And the service didn't stop there. They have useful contacts and suggestions on construction jobs (from the smallest handyman tasks to complete house re-builds), they are knowledgable on local/city standards/building regulations as well as the most current market factors and real estate happenings in the area.
