ZillowVERIFIEDJorge was absolutely phenomenal with the entire process of purchasing my first home. Since this was my first home I was nervous about the whole process but Jorge helped me the entire way. With his experience and reputation in this county it was good to know that Jorge was on my side. I appreciated all his help from escrow til my move in day. Jorge thanks for everything you did during my first home purchase! I highly recommend Jorge if youre looking for a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED We are happy to recommend Jorge Alvarez to anyone wanting to find a new home or sell their existing home. Jorge was professional and prepared from the first meeting to the end. He recommended vendors that were always the same, professional and prepared. He made great suggestions and went above and beyond his responsibilities. He saw there were things my husband and I needed help with and he was always there to lend a hand. He sold our home in less than a week with little disruption. He marketed our house at his expense beyond what other agents typically do. We know you will appreciate working with Jorge Alvarez and the Sereno Group.

ZillowVERIFIED I had asked him to see a property on a certain date and time and he said that would be fine, so I arrived at the property the time and date we were suppose to meet he never showed up I called him he didn't answer it took several attempts until he finally did and said he was able to show to the property and he would call me back to see what he could do. unfortunately he never called me back to see about that specific property or any other property. He just didnt care.

ZillowVERIFIED Jorge sold us our 3 bedroom 2 bath in the middle of Watsonville in 2013. I must say I was very impressed with his demeanor. He has the capacity to be relaxed enough to where we were comfortable but aggressive enough to get us what we wanted. He went above and beyond to provide us the best experience. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted 4 other agents before using Jorge. I was referred to him by a friend. Jorge was the first agent to listen and almost agree with me on Sales price. All of the other agents wanted to list my property for less. He actually got me what I wanted! I will use him again! He was also honest with me and I believe he won't guide me in the wrong direction.

ZillowVERIFIED After searching for a home, on our own for a few months, we decided to hire a real estate agent, who would have better knowledge of the area and the market. A friend of ours referred us to Mr. Jorge Alvarez and we couldn't be happier that she did. He presented us with numerous homes, in different areas, within our price range in just a couple of days. Once we selected a home that worked for our family Mr. Alvarez negotiated the price, ultimately settling on a final bid in our favor. His timely manner, professionalism, thoughtfulness and knowledge of the real estate market were exactly what we needed to make our home buying journey a great stress-free experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Jorge gave me great service even when I needed help finding a property manager and contractors, which is beyond the duty of a real estate agent. He knows the neighborhood and it was very convenient to complete paperwork via the internet.

ZillowVERIFIED Jorge really knows what he is doing! He listed my rental home and had it under contract within a week. Not only was he fast it was a cash offer and I closed the following week. I didn't even get the chance to really clean it up like wanted to for the buyer. I am very greatful for everything Jorge did for me in helping me sell my home. I would recommend every time and will be calling him when I am ready to buy another house.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Jorge was a delight! I truly appreciated his expertise and caring attitude. As a first time home-buyer, I had many questions and was unsure of the process, but Jorge was there every step of the way to answer all of my questions. Jorge not only worked with my husband and I, but was also very open in the communication he was having with the bank agents. We have been living in our home over a year and we are truly happy! Jorge is the best in Santa Cruz County and I assure you will have a very pleasant experience with him as your Realtor.
