Sellstate Altitude Reatly

Extremely dedicated hard working and attention to details. So helpful answering all my questions along the way. Fantastic.

This is our second home buying experience with Shawna and we will continue to use her as long as shes still in the business. She goes above and beyond to get you your home. She is always willing to go with you to appointments, walkthroughs, inspections, and whatever else so that she can be the trained eye to point out anything the untrained eye may not see. She let us know on our first home that the original lender we were using was basically using our ignorance in home buying for their financial benefit, and she found us a lender who worked FOR us instead (rather than trying to suck money out of us). The second home we bought with her was a new construction in a new community. She sat us down and went over why buying a new construction may be detrimental depending upon who the builder is. Using that information, we were able to choose a builder that ended up giving us zero issues along the process and produced a quality home for us in the end. Shawna herself was impressed! I find Shawna to be the most savvy, diligent, and cut throat realtor in Colorado. If you are looking to buy a home fast and not have to suffer through multiple fruitless bidding wars then give her a call. To top it off, shes just a cool person to work with. Funny, smart, and patient. I would definitely give her a call if youre looking to buy using a VA home loan too. Her family is a military family and she definitely has passion to get us Veterans into homes!

Shawna is exactly the kind of coach I needed, she is incredibly warm and encouraging, but she also won't let you slide on your goals. She has this amazing knack for calling you out on your excuses in the kindest way possible, which is exactly what I needed to get out of my own head. She's helped me tackle both the mindset blocks and the day-to-day habits that were holding me back. You can tell she really cares about her clients and celebrate your wins right alongside you. Best decision I've made for my career in a long time!

Shawna is phenomenal! My wife and I are so lucky we decided to go with her! She is not only an expert and clearly knowledgeable in the field but she is also willing to dedicate time to answer questions and helped see us through to this new home. We strongly recommend Shawna!

It was wonderful to work with Shawna and her team to sell our house. She made the process seamless and provided great advice and referrals to make the process great. I would highly recommend Shawna for your real estate needs.
