It's also important to act quickly in competitive markets but always take time to review the details. Finally, work with a trusted realtor who knows the local market and can guide you through the process from start to finish.

For sellers, my advice is to start by pricing your home strategically—too high and you risk sitting on the market, too low and you leave money on the table. Make sure your home is clean, decluttered, and staged to highlight its best features. Curb appeal is key, so don’t overlook the exterior. Be open to feedback and willing to negotiate, but also know the value of your property. Lastly, work with a realtor who can market your home effectively, leveraging professional photos, online listings, and open houses to attract the right buyers quickly.
