An absolute game-changer! Save 6 has saved me thousands of dollars. If you are tired of paying a traditional 5% - 6% commission to sell your house, you need to know that there is a better alternative. We used Larry at Save6 to list our waterfront Southern Maryland property on the MLS, essentially acting as our own real estate agent through the for-sale-by-owner process. Larry was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the process. We saved a substantial amount in seller-side commissions, but perhaps even more importantly, we were able to communicate directly with the buyers agent. That allowed for more efficient, thorough communication, which I sincerely believe played a significant role in getting our property sold. We were able to maintain complete control over how our property was marketed, presented, and negotiated without sacrificing the exposure provided by the MLS. This was my second house sale using Save 6. They provide any documents you may need, get you an MLS number, and will review the contract for accuracy watching out for your interest. Besides saving myself almost $17,000, Larry's knowledge and assistance was invaluable with an issue I had with the buyer's agent. We did hire a professional photographer for house photos, but this and the Save 6 fee were still less than $1,000. With little leg work on your own and Larry's assistance it really is easy to sell your house. Why anyone would give up a commission to a seller's agent for not a lot of work is beyond me.
