ZillowVERIFIED I searched the internet for a Maryland Realtor who would be willing to offer a commission rebate in my purchase transaction thinking I had already found the home I wanted online and didn't need to waste a lot of the Realtor's time house hunting. I found Larry Lessin and Save6Inc Realty. I told him my situation and he made me a great offer. We started with a planned quick close and even though my loan delayed closing three weeks Larry was very kind, and professional, and provided thorough follow-up every step of the way all the way to closing and after. Despite the loan delays and unexpected additional efforts he (Larry, Save6Inc) provided me the full agreed upon commission rebate right at closing. His service and professionalism were exceptional, and I highly recommend him for purchases in addition to selling side transactions.

I sent Larry my pictures and description late on a Friday and within a short time that evening it was in the MLS, on Saturday I had four showings, and on Monday I had a contract. Way to go Larry! I cant say enough about Larrys assistance, forthrightness, and truly honest approach to helping sales by owner. Flat fee means just that, one fee, and prompt service aEUR" no hidden add-ons, no upselling. Thank you Larry for enabling us to put significantly more money in our pocket. If you have a home and know its worth, then save yourself all the seller fees and more by using Larrys services. I had initially listed the home on Zillow myself, including a note that I would pay buyer agent fees, but finding homes for sale by owner is not obvious to many. I knew I wanted it in the MLS so I could get better exposure. What I did get was over two dozen real estate agents calling wanting me to sign up with them as listing agent aEUR" not something I wanted to do. I also got a call from Larry Lessin aEUR" thank goodness aEUR" because Google seems to want to show you all the nationwide flat fee rip offs, and not the local services. I got some decent pictures and gave Larry a call back. I listed it with 2.5% buyer agent fees because I wanted to make it attractive. I probably could have listed it at a lower percentage and had just as much interest. Within literally minutes of hitting the MLS it was populated in all the online home sales sites, and the eager buyers you want were ready to pounce. Four showings the next day aEUR" be ready! Larry promptly forwarded me all communications that agents had with himaEUR| not something other flat fee services do if you read the reviews. Did I mention Larry has a wealth of information on real estate transactions that he readily shares? So, when I had an offer in the form of an NVAR contract, and some questions about sections left blank, Larry was more than generous to go through the contract with me. As of this writing were moving towards closing, the Title company has reached out and the appraiser came byaEUR| looking forward to closing. My sincerest thanks to Larry Lessin and his company.
