Saunders & Associates

Definitely recommend! Patty and Brian did a fantastic job representing me and my wife in our purchase of a home in the Hamptons. They know the area and the other local agents extremely well, give honest advice, and steered us in the right direction as we were considering several options. As we moved toward making an offer and signing the deal, they were always responsive and available and put us in touch with local experts and vendors for all our new homeowner needs.

We cannot say enough positive things about working with Patty and Brian! Over the course of many years, they patiently guided us through the home buying process with an unmatched level of professionalism, dedication and expertise. They never rushed us, always took the time to answer questions and made sure we felt fully supported along the way. Their deep knowledge of the market (even street by street) and honest advice gave us complete confidence in our decision. Most importantly, their patience and commitment never wavered, and they truly had our best interests at heart. We are incredibly grateful for their hard work and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a trusted, experienced real estate team.

Patty and Brian were incredibly helpful to us over a 7+ year process. They are well informed, discerning, patient and had our best interests in mind. They helped us find interesting listings early and were particularly great at assessing the quality of houses and builds.

Patty and Brian know the Hamptons inside out. They were warm, patient, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. They pushed back when something wasn't right for us, caught issues we never would have noticed, always available, and never let us settle. We found our dream home because of them. Truly rare agents. Can't recommend them enough.

Patty and Brian are extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and committed to assisting with real estate needs, whether for a rental, purchase or sale. We have been working with them for a few years now and would highly recommend them as a team.
