Santa Realty

After researching the best realtors in Granby, who were also the most knowledgeable about the market and surrounding areas, we decided Rick was the "guy" to sell our beloved home of 22 years. We started early (about a year before listing), had a meet & greet, he gave us advice/pointers of things to spruce up, and a ballpark range in asking price. When the time came to list the house, we haggled a bit on what we wanted to list it for. Of course we wanted a Taj Mahal price for a glorified "she shed". Ultimately, we met somewhere closer to what Rick recommended, and he let me pick the crazy, random numbers in the asking price! Our house had about 10 showings in the first 3 days, with an amazing offer after one of the showings from the first day. It sold for more than asking price, and the closing was within 30 days. I cannot say enough great things about Rick. He answered every text, every call, and was extremely patient and understanding when I was "going off the rails" in a menopausal fury, lol. I knew I could trust his exceptional knowledge and experience, and if you can just trust the process and give him the reins, he will bring you a winning deal. Thank you Rick for everything.

Exceptional A++++ service Sold property within a week. Very pleased with services provided by Santa Realty. I highly recommend a professional to get you the outcome he got me. He was able to get me 20k above my asking price.

We had an excellent experience working with Rick as our realtor. He was incredibly proactive throughout the entire process and truly went above and beyond. When we found the house we were interested in, Rick jumped on it right away and moved quickly to help us secure it. His responsiveness, professionalism, and dedication made us feel confident every step of the way. Were so grateful for his guidance and support we couldnt have done it without him!

Rick exceeded every expectation I had for a realtor. He was recommended to me, and now I see why. While on a family vacation across the country, he still made time to call repair professionals and explain the necessary work when I couldnt. That level of commitment is rare. Throughout negotiations, I placed my trust in Ricks expertise. Even when I felt unsure, he guided me with confidence aEUR" and he was absolutely right. Rick is honest, hardworking, and truly goes above and beyond for his clients. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone who wants a dependable, driven realtor who gets results.

Rick did a fantastic job selling my home. His tips were very helpful and he was patient and helpful throughout the whole process. We sold in three days at above asking price!
