ZillowVERIFIEDAfter researching the best realtors in Granby, who were also the most knowledgeable about the market and surrounding areas, we decided Rick was the "guy" to sell our beloved home of 22 years. We started early (about a year before listing), had a meet & greet, he gave us advice/pointers of things to spruce up, and a ballpark range in asking price. When the time came to list the house, we haggled a bit on what we wanted to list it for. Of course we wanted a Taj Mahal price for a glorified "she shed". Ultimately, we met somewhere closer to what Rick recommended, and he let me pick the crazy, random numbers in the asking price! Our house had about 10 showings in the first 3 days, with an amazing offer after one of the showings from the first day. It sold for more than asking price, and the closing was within 30 days. I cannot say enough great things about Rick. He answered every text, every call, and was extremely patient and understanding when I was "going off the rails" in a menopausal fury, lol.
