Catherine recently helped my husband and I find a condominium at Leisure World to invest in and rent out as part of a 1031 exchange. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Any information we requested was supplied promptly and she volunteered any information we had not asked for that she thought we needed. At the same time she was very patient, allowing us the time we needed to make a decision and showing us one property twice. When it appeared that our deal was going to fall through because we were buying from an estate and the condo was close to being underwater, Catherine was able to work with the other professionals involved so that we could go to settlement.

No sooner did we return home to California to plan the next step than the coronavirus pandemic erupted, making our moving and travel plans unusually challenging. Because we were still in California, she served as our on-the-ground surrogate as well as our real estate agent.Catherine is a great listener, manages details with aplomb, and is a superb negotiator. She?s also highly knowledgeable about the area (a great help when you?re from out of town as we were), and delightful to deal with on a personal level.
