We knew very little about all the ins and outs, and she guided us through all the processes, vocabulary, etc. She helped make the process less overwhelming. Catherine is generous with her time and extremely responsive. She would always respond to texts, calls and emails in a very timely manner. This was essential in this market as everything moves so quickly. She is very knowledgeable about the Silver Spring area, and we really valued her recommendations. She also has strong relationships with local lenders and inspectors, which really benefited us. We highly recommend working with Catherine as your realtor, and have certainly recommended her to close friends/family.

ZillowVERIFIED We can?t recommend Catherine highly enough. We found her through a senior housing website when we decided to sell our house in Northern California and move to the D. C. area to be nearer to family. We contacted her remotely to introduce ourselves, then met up with her in person on a family visit to Maryland.As strangers to the area, we found Catherine very helpful in locating a variety of possibilities to meet our needs. No sooner did we return home to California to plan the next step than the coronavirus pandemic erupted, making our moving and travel plans unusually challenging. Catherine was with us every step of the way as we did virtual walkthroughs, made a remote offer on a condominium unit, and closed on the purchase with little drama. Because we were still in California, she served as our on-the-ground surrogate as well as our real estate agent.Catherine is a great listener, manages details with aplomb, and is a superb negotiator. ZillowVERIFIED Catherine recently helped my husband and I find a condominium at Leisure World to invest in and rent out as part of a 1031 exchange. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Any information we requested was supplied promptly and she volunteered any information we had not asked for that she thought we needed. At the same time she was very patient, allowing us the time we needed to make a decision and showing us one property twice. When it appeared that our deal was going to fall through because we were buying from an estate and the condo was close to being underwater, Catherine was able to work with the other professionals involved so that we could go to settlement.

When we hit a snag concerning many units only allowing one pet, she helped us write petitions to each to make our plea for allowing our two cats. She always responded quickly to our questions and deftly assisted with what became a tricky negotiation to finalize our deal when the appraisal came in too low. We highly recommend Catherine to anyone looking for someone who goes the extra mile and who has lots of patience.
