Akin was able to market my home, get prospective buyers in, and close the deal in record time. Of note was his exceptional responsiveness. Calls were immediately picked-up and if a document was sent via email, he was kind enough to send a text to alert me check the inbox. If memory serves me, from start-to-finish, I was at the closing table within 45 -50 days! Mr. Falodun is a real-estate professional, mannerly and polite. It was a pleasure to work with him and his team. Thank you!

Very professional and responded promptly to needs and questions. He assisted in the sale and buying of my house. Though buying or selling a house is a tedious endeavor, Akin made it endurable.

Akin is friendly, easy to talk, and ask questions and express concerns. He's very accessible and responsive via email, phone and text which is extremely important during the home-buying process. He has listed two homes for sale for me and I have been very happy with the advice and direction he has given during the process. I would highly recommend his services.

Akin's ambition, know-how and drive allowed me to find a home in a short time frame. How LISTENED to my desires and created a profile and set up viewings based on my selection. He helped me to navigate through this crazy market. I really appreciate his assistance.

Akin Falodun is a very professional, dedicated and experienced realtor who does not compromise customer satisfaction to close a sale. During our home search, his availability was unlimited until we found the home that we wanted. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in buying a home they like without pressure or influence from a realtor who just wants to make a sale.
