Review Akin Falodun is a very professional, dedicated and experienced realtor who does not compromise customer satisfaction to close a sale. During our home search, his availability was unlimited until we found the home that we wanted. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in buying a home they like without pressure or influence from a realtor who just wants to make a sale.

Review Akin provides an exceptional service. He handled every aspect of the short sell of my condo. Attempts to sell my condo several times before with other agents failed through. I had to unload my condo immediately and time was of the essence. Akin's experience and expertise put my at ease. He walked me through the process and responded immediately to answer any questions I had. His expert knowledge of the short sell process minimized any concerns I had going into the process. Akin was very persistent with the mortgage company and the condo association to work through some very challenging situations and to ensure cooperation and to win approval. The service that Akin provided me was exemplary. If you want to get the job done in a timely manner, I highly recommend Akin. He gets the job done!!!!!

Review On the night my husband and I met with Akin we were full of doubt and had just about given up. We thought there was no way out of our situation. Akin was sent by God!!!He came in gave all our options and went to work. In no time our home was on the market and we started receiving interested buyers. Our home sold in what we would call record time with us having no further obligation. We are so thankful to Akin and his team for a job WELL DONE!!Thanks Akin

Review From the first time we met Akin, we knew we were in the right hands. He was very meticulous in explaining the buying process to us. At the time of purchase he negotiated on our behalf to get the best purchase price and he worked very well with the seller, lender, and title company. After purchase, he called us to make sure everything was OK and also made sure we received all the documents we needed. Akin is a very professional and trustworthy agent who does his service at the best. I will recommend him over and over again
