I cant sing Billys praises highly enough. We unexpectedly found a new home and needed to sell our existing place. It was clear that Billy and the team were the right agents because of their superior local knowledge and pricing strategy. But what made Billy stand out was all the extras. He took us from listing appointment to ratified contract in 19 days and set a sales record in our neighborhood. Billy was awesome to work with - worked to get quality contractors on site quickly to make the right home improvements and repairs at a reasonable price! Billy had a great understanding of the market and the house looked great and sold within a week at a good price. I would definitely go to Billy again if I was selling in NOVA!
