Samson Properties

Elliot was amazing to work with. He went above and beyond when it came to showing us homes. He was always ready to help us. He had a laser focus that helped us become owners of our ideal house. No matter how hectic things got with acquiring this property, he was always ready to meet the challenge. We highly recommend Elliot for your real estate needs.

David did an excellent job in preparing, presenting, negotiating and selling our home. He and his sales partner formed a seamless team. Expertise and manner couldnt be better.

Had a great experience selling my home with David and Elliot. Elliot took the lead and was there for me at every turn. He provided excellent guidance, was extremely responsive, and got my home sold quickly at an excellent price. Have already recommended the team of David and Elliot to several of my friends.

This has been a very positive experience. Elliot Barber (David's colleague) worked hard to sell my condo, and helped me think through pricing and the state of the market. He kept me well-informed and explained what was required clearly at each point. As I was selling from abroad, he was very helpful in arranging access for repairs etc before sale.

David did an excellent job selling my house and Elliot worked tirelessly getting me in my new home. They are a fantastic team to work with. Super responsive and highly knowledgeable about the process and timelines.
