Sackman Realty

Josh made the process a breeze from end to end (even when there were challenges). Pricing was spot on and his network made sure we got offers quickly and were able to coordinate with the myriad of people and companies required in the process with ease. His experience gave invaluable insights in navigating the market.

During our condo sale process, Josh worked tirelessly to resolve issues that arose due to issues in our building often getting personally involved. His deep knowledge of the local market coupled with his strong working relationships with many local contacts allowed him to guide us through any issues that arose. His quick response to all our calls and emails made us feel this was more than just a business transaction for him and resulted in us getting more than a fair price. We would highly recommend Josh's services to anyone looking for an expert in the local real estate market.

Josh did a superb job of helping me sell my property. A true professional, he is the best in the business. Josh will listen to you and be such a team player with other entities or individuals to make the deal a success

We feel so lucky to have worked with Justine Gillette as our realtor when buying our new home! She made what could have been a stressful process actually enjoyable?always one step ahead, quick to respond, and fighting for us every step of the way. Justine truly cared about finding the right home for our family, not just closing a deal, and it shows. We are beyond grateful for her guidance and would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who?s not only amazing at what she does but also a genuinely wonderful person.

Josh did an incredible job selling our house - empathetic, highly knowledgeable, communicative and proactive. He walked with us through every step and made an overwhelming process feel manageable.
