If buying a house was an Olympic sport (as trying as it is, it should be) Jessianne would win the gold medal for jumping through hoops and overcoming any and all obstacles. Throughout the entire roller coaster process she was always readily available, super informative, genuinely compassionate and 1000% dedicated. Not only a great friend, shes also a head strong advocate who literally works magic to ensure she delivers - like keeping our aggressive closing date despite it being the Friday of a holiday weekend. I highly recommend working with Jessianne. She was our agent for purchasing our home and she met our high expectations. She understood what we wanted and who we are as a family. She readily made recommendations that suited us. She is thorough in her work and sees things through. We had to buy a home without seeing it and she visited the homes on our behalf and conducted a video walk through. A family member of ours joined her and she was always professional and welcoming. She helped us work on our offer for the home and was very helpful in asking our questions and responding to our scenarios for ensuring we secured the home. She is also a delight to work with. I had fun buying my home because I got to work with Jessianne. Whenever I had any issues with any other players in the process, she was responsive in remediating where the other folks fell short.
