Russell Real Estate Services

Ive bought several houses with Valerie. She does a great job representing her clients. She understands the real estate market in the Cleveland area. She always provides insights that I did not come to on my own.

Valerie did an exceptional job negotiating and helping me sell my house aEUR" she was completely in charge of the process from start to finish, and even found the buyer!!! I have purchased and sold multiple properties with Valerie, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who KNOWS THEIR STUFF.

This is the 2nd time we have used Val and she will absolutely be the 3rd if we need to! Made this whole process completely painless. She managed to get our home sold and our new home closed on in the same week so that we could transition easier.

I serve as the pastor of a small church. We operated several properties as transitional housing. With our members aging, we were no longer able to keep such a large ministry and needed to sell three houses in rather short order. Val guided us through what we could reasonably ask for these properties, engaged in complex negotiations for each of them, and brought each to a reasonable resolution. We are grateful for her.

Val did an incredible job helping us purchase our first home! We chose a townhouse after looking for years. Val was patient, communicative and helpful throughout the process of looking, making an offer, negotiating and getting through our close.
