She negotiated a significant discount off of list. She managed a challenging seller and tenants with very particular needs. When a miscommunication between us and the seller left residents without gas for 48 hours, Im the middle of winter, Valerie went above and beyond, purchasing space heaters for the residents. I cannot speak more highly of Valerie and would commend her to anyone looking to purchase in greater Cleveland.
