Christopher Rubio will treat you nicely until you sign with him, but after that, working with him is a nightmare. Communication becomes sparse, and I often felt ignored when I had questions or concerns. He seemed more interested in closing deals than in supporting his clients. Whenever issues arose, he would blame me for anything he lacked or neglected to inform me about as my realtor. The lack of follow-through and attention to detail was incredibly frustrating, and I ultimately felt abandoned during the process. I would not recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy realtor.

Our offer was submitted on a property that had been on the market for over 150 days, yet the agent never acknowledged it or provided any response. We followed up multiple times by phone, email, and text and were completely ignored. Regardless of whether an offer is accepted or rejected, basic professionalism requires timely communication. Buyers and sellers should be aware of this agents extremely poor communication and lack of professional courtesy.
