ZillowVERIFIED Christopher Rubio will treat you nicely until you sign with him, but after that, working with him is a nightmare. Communication becomes sparse, and I often felt ignored when I had questions or concerns. He seemed more interested in closing deals than in supporting his clients. Whenever issues arose, he would blame me for anything he lacked or neglected to inform me about as my realtor. The lack of follow-through and attention to detail was incredibly frustrating, and I ultimately felt abandoned during the process. I would not recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy realtor.

We have heard of horror stories from friends and families whom unfortunately had worked with real estate agents/brokers that were less than stellar so it was really important for us to find someone who is complete opposite of that. We are very happy and fortunate that we found Chris to work with. From the moment I reached out to him, to the showings, to the offers, the the closing process, and even now, he's been nothing but attentive and very responsive. We never felt like we were left in the dark and never felt like we were "just another client" to Chris.
