RPAC Realty

Billy did an excellent job helping us buy our dream house. We never felt like we couldn't ask questions, and he was on top of everything. I'm a bit of a worrier, and Billy helped s feel comfortable throughout the whole process. We always felt like he was looking out for our best interest. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thanks Billy, you made this process as simple as a complicated process can be!

Weve now had Billy as our real estate agent twice (once buying and once selling), and each time, he has come through for us. He really made the process easy, from beginning to end, and he always kept our best interest in mind. If you want someone who understands the Coachella Valley real estate market, who is a straight shooter, and who positions his clients needs above all else, hes your guy. Would recommend him a hundred times over! Awesome experience, all around!

We are beyond grateful for Billy and everything he did to help us with the sale of our family home in P.S. Since we all live 2+ hours away, we knew we needed someone we could fully trust to be hands on and Billy exceeded every expectation. From day one he stepped in and treated our home as if it were his own. He handled so many of the details, checked in regularly and made a stressful and emotional process feel smooth and manageable. What truly meant the most to us was his patience and understanding. Selling a home that has been in our family for over 40 years is no easy task. He listened to us (all of us) and always had our best interest at heart. ?? If youre looking for a realtor who is not only knowledgeable and professional but, also genuinely caring, incredibly patient and reliableaEUR|. Billy is your guy. We cant recommend him enough and we will always be thankful for everything he did for our family. THANK YOU endlessly Billy. The Sheltons xo

Billy Woomer professionalism, knowledge and guidance made our purchase run smoothly. As first time home buyers we had many questions and concerns and he was always available to answer and advise. He made us feel like his family members. Our walk to through this experience couldn't be this smooth with out him. I would highly recommend Billy Woomer best realtor in the valley .

We were very fortunate to have Billy Woomer recommended to us while spending a few days in Palm Springs. Hes far better than a five-star rating. He worked us into his schedule and showed us a condo we found online same day before flying home to the Midwest the following morning. Billys guidance and expertise were invaluable since we werent familiar with buying a condo on Indian land or in California. He went above and beyond by arranging the final inspection via a video call. The entire purchase process was accomplished while we were back home and we closed on time without any issue. Best of all, we gained a new friend in the process.
