ZillowVERIFIED We are beyond grateful for Billy and everything he did to help us with the sale of our family home in P.S. Since we all live 2+ hours away, we knew we needed someone we could fully trust to be hands on and Billy exceeded every expectation. From day one he stepped in and treated our home as if it were his own. He handled so many of the details, checked in regularly and made a stressful and emotional process feel smooth and manageable. What truly meant the most to us was his patience and understanding. Selling a home that has been in our family for over 40 years is no easy task. He listened to us (all of us) and always had our best interest at heart. ?? If youre looking for a realtor who is not only knowledgeable and professional but, also genuinely caring, incredibly patient and reliableaEUR|. Billy is your guy. We cant recommend him enough and we will always be thankful for everything he did for our family. THANK YOU endlessly Billy. The Sheltons xo

ZillowVERIFIED We were very fortunate to have Billy Woomer recommended to us while spending a few days in Palm Springs. Hes far better than a five-star rating. He worked us into his schedule and showed us a condo we found online same day before flying home to the Midwest the following morning. Billys guidance and expertise were invaluable since we werent familiar with buying a condo on Indian land or in California. He went above and beyond by arranging the final inspection via a video call. The entire purchase process was accomplished while we were back home and we closed on time without any issue. Best of all, we gained a new friend in the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Billy was fantastic to work with. Incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. My wife and I found ourselves in a difficult position with finding our mother a perfect place to live and Billy recognized it and held our hand through the entire process. He even went out of his way, above and beyond what a typical agent might do, to assist us during times of need. We quickly bonded with Billy on a personal level and now even consider him a friend! A true professional and great human being.

ZillowVERIFIED I have nothing but positive thoughts working with Billy during buying my home in Cathedral City. I was wavering between purchasing a condo on Indian lease land and a home on fee land. Billy explained thoroughly what is entailed in buying on lease land. He did so without persuasion either way. He was patient in working with me and my husband. I really got the sense he was working to find me the right property, even prescreening properties on my behalf. He was awesome during the offering phase and made suggestions as to what to include. Even after the closing, he continued to giving me resources for services. I will 100% be recommending him to for friends and family looking to purchase or sale in the valley. Billy is not only a professional realtor, but is very knowledgeable in the real estate market in our area.

ZillowVERIFIED So we come full circle. Way back in 2015, you helped my wife look at a number of properties in the Palm Desert area. We were buying our first vacation property in the valley. You did such a great job for us that we kept in touch all these years and immediately thought of you when it came to sell that same property in the Silver Sands Racquet Club in January 2025. Your attention to sale and negotiation details was as we expected, superb. The process was very smooth; we were able to list on a Friday with interest that very afternoon, followed by a Saturday showing that culminated in an offer in Sunday. In just 30 days we had closed, moved out, and realized proceeds from sale. Your partner team at Oasis Escrow helped along the way, we were able to very quickly complete the transaction. You exhibited professionalism and guidance that comes from long experience. You seemed to have an innate sense of human nature during the buying and selling process. Each little crisis along the way was handled calmly and with confidence. You kept moving the negotiations forward to the outcome we wanted. Thank you so much. Best to you in the future. We do not hesitate to recommend you to others who are selling or buying.

ZillowVERIFIED I first worked with Billy back in 2011 when I was a first-time homebuyer, and he helped me find the perfect house. As a beginner, I had so many questions, but Billy was patient, knowledgeable, and always made sure I understood every step of the process. Fast forward to 2024, and I reached out to him again to help me sell the same house. Selling can be stressful, but having Billy by my side made it so much easier. He walked me through everything, just like he did when I first bought it, and his expertise really showed. We've stayed friends all these years, and I couldnt imagine going through this process without him. If you're looking for a realtor who will truly have your back, I can't recommend Billy enough!

ZillowVERIFIED I wholeheartedly recommend Billy Woomer to anyone seeking to buy or sell a home. I cannot overstate what a pleasure it has been to work with him. Throughout the process, I felt that he went above and beyond the call of duty. We do not live in the area of the home we were putting on the market and Billy gave us complete confidence that he would guide the entire process without the need for us to be there physically. His communication skills are excellent are we were kept well-informed as every detail was taken care of. Billy is extremely knowledgeable about the local market, connected and highly strategic in negotiations. As offers came in he took time and care to explain his recommendations and it was evident that he always had our best interest in mind - with Billy this really goes without saying. I cant say enough good things about our recent experience selling a home with Billy. He is a wonderful realtor and a lovely person.

He patiently guided me through each step including which repairs needed to get done and which were unnecessary before selling. He was even willing to meet up with vendors and contractors on my behalf because I live out of the country and could not be physically present. ZillowVERIFIED I've been retired for several years and had lived in my home for almost forty years. I decided it was time to sell. I was no longer interested or able to keep up my property needs. I decided to downsize. I knew Billy for several years and knew he was a person of impeccable credentials. I found Billy to be honest, hardworking and had many years of experience behind him. I trusted Billy to help me make the right decisions at every turn. I was never disappointed. He's the best agent I could have hoped for in order to make this personal life-changing event. He always had my best interest at heart. If there were any issues he addressed them head on with my knowledge of what was going on. We worked well together and respected each other's interest. In six to nine days I had several bids on my house . Accepting a bid that was more that the asking price. My house was sold and the rest was history. It was so fast!! I recommend Billy to anyone who wants an agent who will get the job done..and will always do the right thing for his clients. If I had to rate Billy from 1-10 I would give him a 15.. Carmen Tostado

ZillowVERIFIED This was the third property I have listed with Billy, so it is easy to guess how much I appreciate all the work he does in selling. This last property took somewhat longer to sell than previous ones, but Billy worked just as hard to bring in an offer above asking to close the deal. The best thing that I appreciate about his work is keeping in constant communication with his client. Nearly every day I heard from him on progress being made. I have also purchased two properties under his guidance and both went very smoothly. Can't go wrong with him as your agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Having had outstanding service from Billy Woomer as our real estate agent in past transactions, we knew without question that we would ask him to list our mid-century Palm Springs house late last year. It was a complex property, and it needed substantial work for optimal marketing. A major issue also was that we lived in northern California, and could not be on site through much of this time. Billy's approach was simple and predictable: "I'll handle it, that's what I'm here for!" He smoothly embraced the project, beginning with a detailed and informed assessment of the work needed. He then enlisted and supervised the various projects with numerous vendors, meeting with them frequently for access and direction, all the while reporting and consulting with us with data and photos of progress, and sound advice at every turn. All of this with remarkable efficiency and speed. As in all of our prior work with Billy, he also made the bureaucracy, the forms and processes of escrow, transparent and straightforward, something we always appreciate from him. He goes out of his way to make the process as easy as possible. His advice on the market value of the property was right on, and it sold rapidly at the asking price. We continue to have the highest recommendation for Billy's work.

ZillowVERIFIED "Billy Woomer does it yet again!" Billy is hands down the one & only person you want working for your. Whether you're buying or selling, he gives 110% to get the job done. We've purchased 3 homes & sold 2 in the past 11 years, with Billy as our agent. Each and every time he's gone above & beyond. Whether that was finding that perfect home at the right price, or negotiating on our sale, he always made it happen. We live full time in Oregon & Billy has been there every step of the way, doing whatever it took in our absence. Whether it was making sure our home was picture ready, or dropping by to making sure it was presentable prior to holding an open house. He truly cares as it's not "just another sale" to him. Billy truly understands that this is your home and a very large investment for your family. We'd be at a complete loss without his knowledge & expertise. Not to mention the multiple relationships he has with local vendors & contractors, which we've used and LOVE! He's an absolute wealth of information and that in itself is PRICELESS! Thank you Billy for being the best realtor anyone could ask for. You are truly a gem, we're your #1 fans. PS, Thanks for finding Matt's "DREAM HOME" in Indian Wells Country Club. ZillowVERIFIED Billy Woomer is an absolutely incredible realtor! Weve purchased property and homes multiple times over the past years and I can honestly say that Billy is the best realtor (by a wide margin) we have ever worked with. Billy was proactive in getting information to us, shepherded us through the process in various ways and was incredibly responsive to every question we had. He advocated for us in numerous ways that were very meaningful and impactful and possibly most surprising to us was that he personally helped us get our new condo cleaned and the locks changed, as we had purchased it remotely and were not available to be there for those essential services. I had no idea that realtors went to that extent to be of assistance to their clients.
