John did a fantastic job helping my to me buy my first home and his graceful guidance was integral, making me feel at ease during the whole process. I was looking for a home in a very specific & limited area and had a lot of firm requirements that the home had to have, which John diligently & exhaustively looked for homes with these assets and within the area of desired residence. John set up all the showings of homes I was interested in and did a lot of research before each showing so he could tell me everything available about the property while we walked it. He was very knowledgeable about each home and even answered questions that I didn't think to ask, but truly appreciated the answer. We toured a few houses and I sterted to get dismayed that maybe the key elements I wanted in my home just weren't available, but John told me not to settle & gave me the encouragement I truly needed, and he was right, we found the right house! John is a great communicator, always quick to respond. He was with me for every step of the way from securing financing to closing. I honestly can't say enough about how I couldn't have done it without him. Buying a house is stressful, but John carried the ball and made the experience fun again. I would absolutely jump to work with John again!

Troy and his team were AMAZING. I found him online and had a property we needed to urgently get listed. Not only did he get the property in escrow in less than a week but he provided a locksmith, a local contractor to help us do a trash out, a professional cleaning, and a local inspector to give us a home inspection. We would not have been able to purchase and sell this property from California without all of his help. Will be using him and his team for all transactions moving forward in the Florida area.
