ZillowVERIFIED Troy helped us sell my father's St. Augustine house and property after he passed away in February. We're not local and I haven't personally bought or sold a house for over 20 years. Needless to say, we needed someone in the area that we could trust, knew the market and didn't just say what he thought we wanted to hear just to get a commission. Troy was everything we hoped for and more. In both cases (empty lot and house), Troy put together an estimate, suggested a good starting price and did a professional listing (the drone video was especially cool!). In just a matter of days, we received offers in excess of the listing and sold both without a hitch. And all from the comfort of our home in Virginia. Troy kept us informed every step of the way and was always on top of whatever needed to be done (listing, contract, closing, etc.). He even had great recommendations for local service providers when we needed them (lock changes, cleaners, etc). It could not have been easier for us and I was happy to pay him the commission.
