Rover Realty

What can I say about Angela and her team at Rover Realty?? EVERYTHING! My husband and I relocated to Arizona a year ago in the hopes of being able to buy our first home. We were put in touch with Angela by a realtor friend and we couldn?t have been luckier! Angela was absolutely incredible from start to finish helping us feel comfortable and empowered as First Time Homebuyers. Even before we started actively looking at homes, she was in contact with us and entertained every question we had about the process and what we should expect. She was with us every step of the way, connected us with our amazing Lender, and was the easiest person to communicate with. She helped us navigate a unique shift in the housing market, worked with us through some frustrating negotiations and by the end we truly felt like we had gained a friend. I can?t recommend Angela and her team at Rover Realty enough. I wish we could give her more than 5 stars!

Angela Tauscher with Rover Realty went above and beyond when selling my home in Gilbert, AZ. I initially spoke with another agent who recommended spending about $7,000 on updates before listing. Angela took a different approach, suggesting only a few minor improvements and even helping stage the home herself at no additional cost. Her strategy paid off. My home sold during the first week on the market, saving me both time and money. Throughout the entire process her office communicated regularly, answered every question promptly, and made sure I always knew what to expect. Her knowledge of the market, their attention to detail, and commitment to clients truly set them apart. I would highly recommend Angela and the Rover Realty team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I cant recommend Rover Realty enough. Angela and the entire team helped me through a very difficult time of having to sell my parents home in Apache Junction as my dad had passed away and my mom was dealing with Alzheimers. They took an enormous burden off my shoulders and handled everything with compassion and care. Their experience and knowledge was invaluable in preparing my parents home for sale, showing it, and knowing the best asking price. It sold very quickly and at a very good price. I cant express my gratitude enough to the team at Rover Realty.

I came to Angela when I was just worn out with the Mesa AZ market. Had tried working with several Realtors at different times over a 2 year search. I was so impressed with her and her team. Seriously top notch. She found me the house I bought, got a good deal and I trusted her to sell my other house and WOW did she kick it out of the park. Any Realty needs you have? I highly recommend her for a buy or sell.

Angela perform above and beyond four me in every aspect of selling my home. She was patient with all my questions because selling a home is new to me. She is incredibly responsive. Everything that she mentioned at the first visit happened! She came through with flying colors. She helped me downsize massively. She arranged more than one vendor to come to my home, to assist in this process. I am downsizing from a home to a one-bedroom apartment. She made the process very well coordinated.I trust her expertise. She is highly ethical.
