I started in real estate after a frustrating experience as a buyer - poor communication, missed steps, and the feeling of being completely on our own during one of the biggest financial decisions of our lives. I got my license to protect our own investments and ended up selling 34 homes within 12 months of my very first closed transaction. That experience as a frustrated buyer never left me and it shaped everything about how Rover Realty operates today.

My background is a little different from most agents. I served in the Army Reserves as a logistician - organized, disciplined, and systems-driven by nature. I then spent years as a claims negotiator for State Farm, sitting across the table from seasoned negotiators on some of the largest claims in the country. That combination of military discipline and professional negotiation experience is a real advantage for every client we represent.

We specialize in the greater Phoenix Valley with deep expertise in active adult and 55+ communities, new construction, probate, downsizers, and relocation. We sell a home a week, close 10-15 new builds annually, and have handled transactions from $25,000 to over $5,000,000.

Every listing we take includes professional photography, video, floor plans, Zillow Showcase AI marketing, YouTube distribution, custom signage, open houses, light staging, vendor coordination, and targeted blogging - all included, no extras. Our buyers get weekly communication, hands-on support at every milestone, and yes - pizza delivered on moving day.
