I highly recommend Ron Leffler to anyone seeking to sell your home, especially those who need minor work done to increase the homes appeal to buyers, but lack the time or energy to do themselves. My wife and I retired last year. We moved out of the area to lower cost of living and get a little more space. There were numerous other tasks preparing the house itself. Ron recognized we were overextended and offered to take care of the house. We agreed on a budget (which he came in well under) for things like interior and exterior painting, minor repairs, deep cleaning, cleaning up weeds outside, coating the driveway, and keeping the grass mowed. Ron located, scheduled, and paid the contractors necessary to complete these tasks. Prior to starting, we developed a list and prioritized it for likely impact on a sale. He convinced me to skip some high-cost but low-value tasks I had planned. Costs were passed on to us with no extra fees or markup. Ron took a huge amount of work off our plate, allowing us to focus in other areas. Without his help, it could have easily been another 2-3 months before wed be ready to list. Rons superb support continued through listing. We listed at the upper end of his projected range. He advised us through an unusual offer, then several cycles of counter-offers with the eventual buyer. We had a viable offer within 2 months of listing. We didnt get full asking price, but did come within the range Ron predicted and received an acceptable price.
