We used Rich and Renee to help us purchase a home in the Chatsworth area. We thought we had an idea what and where we were looking for. It began with them having us each describe our Top 5 Must-Have List. From there, they helped my husband and I to align our desires. They provided a lot of information and guidance to help us find the home we are now living in. They demystified the process for us, helped us to get our offer submitted as well as helped us in negotiating a lower price as a result of some items we found on the inspection. They really advocated for us and helped put us in the best position to have a positive and amicable experience with the sellers and their agent. I work until later in the evening, and they were available to us by phone and email to help us do our due diligence and get all the appropriate documents signed by the deadlines. They referred us to good tradesmen and a lender who, just like them, made the process very easy for us. They were very accommodating and responsive to us. They clearly have worked out a process that reduces the number of variables and potential headaches that their clients can experience. Of course, there are circumstances out of their or our control. Rich and Renee were calm and helped us get through a couple of rough spots in ways that created win/win situations for both us and the sellers. They think outside of the box and are ethical every step of the way. That was very important to my husband and me. This will not be the last time we use them for our real estate needs. Im thankful they helped us find our first home. :)
