It began with them having us each describe our Top 5 Must-Have List. From there, they helped my husband and I to align our desires. They provided a lot of information and guidance to help us find the home we are now living in. They demystified the process for us, helped us to get our offer submitted as well as helped us in negotiating a lower price as a result of some items we found on the inspection. They really advocated for us and helped put us in the best position to have a positive and amicable experience with the sellers and their agent. I work until later in the evening, and they were available to us by phone and email to help us do our due diligence and get all the appropriate documents signed by the deadlines. They referred us to good tradesmen and a lender who, just like them, made the process very easy for us. They were very accommodating and responsive to us. They clearly have worked out a process that reduces the number of variables and potential headaches that their clients can experience. Of course, there are circumstances out of their or our control. Rich and Renee were calm and helped us get through a couple of rough spots in ways that created win/win situations for both us and the sellers. They think outside of the box and are ethical every step of the way. That was very important to my husband and me. This will not be the last time we use them for our real estate needs. ZillowVERIFIED I began my house search with Renee as my broker. She showed me so many houses (she has patience galore) and they were always within my budget and always included my "wish list". No wasted time in seeing places that I was not interested in or that did not match my criteria, just to be looking. I made an offer on a great property but backed out of the deal as the seller and I could not come to an agreement on the repairs. Renee never tried to convince me to take the deal even though that would have been in her best interest. When I walked away from the deal she just smiled and lined up more properties. When I finally did find the perfect house Renee closed the deal for me, with the exact terms/conditions I wanted and escrow closed right on time with no problems. She followed through on everything the seller requested, everything escrow needed, and everything I requested and had questions about. I have purchased nine homes and as far as brokers go Renee was the most reliable and accommodating of any broker I have worked with and she was the most on top of our communicating, the deal making, and the closing. She listens, follows through, and has excellent work ethics and integrity. If I buy again she will be the only broker I will consider working with.

As a designer, Renee's instincts are reliable and inventive. And I should point out that we are a tough customer. She has a truly artistic eye for home design and brought a fresh perspective to the process. We are extremely pleased with the results. Regarding their real estate services, we were probably the clients from Hell, as we toured so many properties, but they were extremely patient with us. Of course, the housing market over this past year provided very little to choose from, but Renee and Richard stuck with us almost a year until we finally found a home we were happy to move into. Our lender kept pressuring us to hurry up and buy something, so Renee arranged to have another lender handle our purchase, saving us not only unnecessary pressure, but thousands of dollars as well.
