RLAH Real Estate

Amalia is hands down the best service provider my family has ever worked with. I am not saying she is just the best real estate agent we have worked with because Amalia did so much more for us. In addition to all of the services you might expect from a real estate agent - listing, staging, and negotiating the sale of a home - she also fully managed housing repairs, the procurement of movers and a storage unit, and many other small tasks that needed to be done on a timeline while my wife and I were working full time and preparing for a move abroad. Amalia made everything incredibly easy and always communicated to us with honesty, professionalism, and warmth. In the heart of the COVID pandemic, Amalia was able to generate great interest in our home, which led to an efficient and painless closing. We are truly grateful to Amalia (and her incredible team) and offer the strongest possible recommendation. If we ever move back to the area, she will be our first call to try to find a new home.

Amalia was amazing. Me and my husband were first time home buyers, and Amalia guided us throughout the whole process, being patient with us as we took our time to look for an ideal home. Herself and her team as extremely quick to respond to any questions. In addition, she is fluent in Portuguese, which made us even more comfortable during the searching and buying process. We highly recommend Amalia.

Betsy is Amazing! We will be sure to work with her again if we ever buy or sell a house. She made everything seamless. She is on top of all required processes and paperwork that is required from us and the sellers. We were first-time home buyers and she answered all our questions and educated us throughout the process. She carefully spent the time to make sure we had the winning offer and we did. Had it not been for her advice and carefully crafted winning offer, we would have likely not gotten this house or at least paid more than we should have had to. She knows the area well and has been in the business long enough that I trust her on all things real estate.

I was a first time buyer in a place I did not know well. Buying your first home is a HUGE thing and Amalia guided me through the entire process! I cant emphasize how STRONGLY I recommend working with her. She is professional but you feel that you are in the best hands for this! She knows the market, she is great at negotiating and is always there for you.It was truly gratifying working with her. I cant be happier!

Highly recommended for - identifying apartments matching the needs; - generous with time to discuss and show the location; - representing well the interest of the customer; - guide throughout the entire process until successful closing;
