ZillowVERIFIED We hired Betsy Taylor to sell our home in Quince Haven Estates. We loved working with her! Her real estate experience was top notch allowing her to easily guide us through the process. She's a timely and thorough communicator. We spoke with her on a regular basis and she always kept us up to date on where things stood. Whenever we had a question on something she either had the answer or she went to someone who did and got back to us in a timely manner. She's very well connected to resources needed when you're getting ready to sell your home, i.e. painters, mold specialists, etc. and she also has connections with places to donate furniture and help with moving. I think that her strongest skill set though is her negotiation skills. We listed our house early in the pandemic and received an offer in 10 days. Betsy was instrumental in helping us negotiate a fair price, working through the home inspection and bringing the deal to a smooth close. We highly recommend working with her!

ZillowVERIFIED We first learned about Betsy from our loan officer. As this was our first time buying a house, we had no idea how the process would work and had many questions. We were also on a very tight timeline (needed to find a house in less than a month!) We looked at Betsys website, saw what we liked and decided to set up a consultation meeting. The first time we met Betsy, we were very impressed by her charismatic personality, her patience in answering every single question and her wealth of knowledge overall. We didnt feel pressured by her and felt like she would really look out for our bests interests. She also assured us we would find a house within our budget and short timeframe. We decided to sign a contract that same day and thats when our relationship began. Within days Betsy was able to schedule multiple showings of houses we liked online. She was typically able to get us into the houses within 24 hours. She would show us 2-3 houses at any given time, gather our feedback and further narrow the search from there. There was one house in particular that looked promising online and had just listed that very same day. Betsy was able to schedule a showing the following day. We really liked the house and wanted to see it again the next day, and Betsy was able to schedule a second showing right away. We decided to make an offer that night and Betsy helped us write the contract. As it turns out, Betsy knew the listing agent from prior work and learned that there were three offers on the house already. Betsy advised us to make a strong offer, so we did - we put our one and only offer. The seller would be deciding the next day. On the next day, we learned that another buyer had made the exact same offer but that the seller accepted our offer instead. We wanted to close within 30 days and Betsy recommended a settlement agent she trusted would make that happen - and they did. We closed on the house just a few weeks later. Betsy was extremely professional throughout the whole process, made sure we understood everything we were signing and did not pressure us into anything. We recommend her with the highest regard to anyone looking for a real estate agent. Shes definitely someone who not only knows what shes doing but that loves what she does!

Betsy is a member of Kevin Grolig's team and I can assure you that you will not find a better team in this area (trust me - I have moved 5 times in the 9 years I have lived here in Maryland). Yes, I was military and between duty stations, transitions to civilian life and changes in our circumstances - it's been a ride.) The hardest part of purchasing a home is not the actual purchase and paperwork aspect, it's the searching for a house portion and the time it takes that drives most people bonkers. At times, you will feel as if you are the one imposing on your realtor or you will begin to settle for what you see when the search becomes long and arduous. At some point, you will begin to believe that your dream house is simply impossible to find and relegate to the thought that it's not meant to be. Here's what you need to know about Betsy - she won't let you settle on substandard houses because the search takes time, there is no pressure to "hurry up and choose" because you are 4 hours into your day 20 search due to your own employment schedule conflicts and none of them are "it" (Betsy works with your schedule not hers) and she will investigate the properties you have inquired on BEFORE scheduling a visit to ensure YOUR time is not wasted. Who does that anymore? Betsy keeps diligent tabs on the specifics you have expressed are "must haves" in searching for your dream home and is honest and transparent with every property shown. If there is EVER a time Betsy is not available, Kevin will step in which shows amazing teamwork, unwavering customer service and both parties are super responsive. My husband and I started our search on a whim back in July in an effort to get out of renting since we are newlyweds and ended up finding and purchasing our home in the Frederick/Middletown area (which wasn't typically one of Betsy's areas - another above and beyond move for her) and had the amazing experience of closing on our dream house this last week.
