Anna was the best we could have hoped for. She was diligent, responsive, and communicative. She explained everything to us, answered all our questions (which we had a bunch as a first-time seller), and never once led us down a path of decisions that we didn't want to do. There was no pressure on us to do something (or NOT do something), and we were very happy about that. She told us her personal thoughts about the sale only after we had made decisions, which was very helpful for us during this stressful process. All in all, if we were buying/selling again, we would definitely use Anna for the process.

To say Anna went above and beyond the call of duty would be the understatement of the year. Her efforts to find us the perfect nesting spot to await the rapid arrival of our daughter was nothing short of SuperWoman. Shes a great realtor, Mainer, and now even better friend. Thanks Anna! You rock!

Anna is the best! I moved back to Maine in March 2020. I "cold-called" her to ask she show me some listings. We had never done business together and there was no referral. Anna was so patient with me - showing me at least a dozen homes. Throughout, giving me guidance and counsel on some 'shaky stuff' as I grew impatient. I finally settled on purchasing land. Not a big commission for Anna but she worked as if it was! I continued to call Anna seeking advice re: builders and such. She always answered my calls - even as her business with me was done. I finally get to the point of building, my bank appraisal for my construction was far lower than expected/needed. Once again, I called upon Anna. She took the time to provide some comps and guided me through how to address the issue with my bank. Long story short - my appraisal was revised and my building project is happening! To say Anna goes above and beyond for her clients is an understatement. Anna truly cares about the best interest of her clients - both 'at the sale' and way beyond.

Geri Doyle was my selling agent when I sold my brothers home in Maine. Geri is very down to earth, easy to talk to, a great listener, and she really knows the real estate market in Maine. Geri thought she could sell the house for more money than the other agents I talked to - and she did it in two weeks with multiple offers! She attended every showing and told me the feedback from the potential buyers. She was always available by phone, text and email. After we had a signed offer, Geri remained involved with the sale, and made sure that I knew about my responsibilities to ensure that we closed on time. Geri was great to work with, and I highly recommend her!

I would not hesitate to recommend Anna to anyone looking to buy a home. Anna was extremely knowledgeable, always enthusiastic and an excellent communicator. Anna made everything easy for us, she found us multiple homes to look around and when we found the home we loved she negotiated with the sellers to make sure we had what we needed. Anna was available to us anytime we called/text/emailed and was incredibly responsive. If we ever move Anna will be the first person I call to sell our house, she will also be the first person I recommend to any one who asks for a recommendation. We cannot fault her in any way!
