ZillowVERIFIEDAnna is the best! I moved back to Maine in March 2020. I "cold-called" her to ask she show me some listings. We had never done business together and there was no referral. Anna was so patient with me - showing me at least a dozen homes. Throughout, giving me guidance and counsel on some 'shaky stuff' as I grew impatient. I finally settled on purchasing land. Not a big commission for Anna but she worked as if it was! I continued to call Anna seeking advice re: builders and such. She always answered my calls - even as her business with me was done. I finally get to the point of building, my bank appraisal for my construction was far lower than expected/needed. Once again, I called upon Anna. She took the time to provide some comps and guided me through how to address the issue with my bank. Long story short - my appraisal was revised and my building project is happening! To say Anna goes above and beyond for her clients is an understatement. Anna truly cares about the best interest of her clients - both 'at the sale' and way beyond.
