Ritchey Realty

Kallie is very personable and great to work with. She has a great understanding of the business and great knowledge of the community. She was a joy to work with and we have remained in touch after the sale/purchase of our homes. We will definitely use Kallie again in the future for our home purchasing needs.

Kallie is very knowledgeable about the market and is very helpful in choosing the right home! She truly strives to learn about her clients needs and is always on their side! We would use her again and again!

Kallie and her team sold our house fast! Staged house and had professional pictures done! Open house on Saturday, contract on Monday! Sold house in 3 days with multiple offers!

Kallie is very knowledge about the market in the area. Our house had a contract in 2 days of going on the market. She is great at negotiating with other realtors when you are buying a home also. I highly recommend Kallie for any selling or buying of real estate.

Kallie Ritchey and Stephanie Lopez were great to work with. Very responsive to our questions and concerns through the selling and purchasing of our new home. They engaged a professional stager, and photographer to give our home the best possible impact on potential buyers. We received a full price offer within 24 hours of going live on the market. I have been recommending them to friends, and will continue to do so.
