Bethany was very professional, responsive, and gave excellent advice. She immediately made arrangements for photos, a drone flyover, and a virtual tour. My house had previously been listed with another agent for six months. Upon contracting with Bethany, part of her advice was to increase the list price of our home. Within the first two months with Bethany, we had an offer and the house closed for more than the original list price. If I ever need a realtor in the future, Bethany will be my first call.

Bethany was a great guide in the preparation of the sale of the house including contacts for minor repairs. The marketing was successful by gaining a contract within the first week of the launch of the listing and a contract at the list price. A great communicator from beginning to the end.
