Bethany Burge-Bosbous

Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Your very first step is to connect with a lender to see how much you are approved to borrow. You are not in a position to shop for a home, when you have no idea what your budget is going to be. PLUS most agents require a Proof Of Funds letter or they will not even look at your offer. At my boutique brokerage, I have an in house lender that is phenominal! Call me for more information!!

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Depersonalize your home! You are moving, pack unnecessary belongings. Clear off counter tops. Power clean everything inside and out.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

I work with first time home buyers, empty nesters, growing families, investors, and people that are transferring in or out of Florida. I do very little commercial work.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I am completely honored when people that are relocating here from out of state give me their complete trust. I have sold multiple homes by pictures I have taken, and live video tours I do with my clients. People have found homes they love, and before they can even buy a plane ticket they are pending. So people trust my opinion and have been buying homes without personally stepping foot inside.

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

More than two decades ago I got into rentals and flipping homes. During the buying and selling process, I thought to myself, I can do this!! So I decided to get my real estate license.

Q: 6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I have three degrees, and I am continually taking classes to stay on top of our changing times, and to better myself.

Bethany was a great guide in the preparation of the sale of the house including contacts for minor repairs. The marketing was successful by gaining a contract within the first week of the launch of the listing and a contract at the list price. A great communicator from beginning to the end.

Bethany was very professional, responsive, and gave excellent advice. She immediately made arrangements for photos, a drone flyover, and a virtual tour. My house had previously been listed with another agent for six months. Upon contracting with Bethany, part of her advice was to increase the list price of our home. Within the first two months with Bethany, we had an offer and the house closed for more than the original list price. If I ever need a realtor in the future, Bethany will be my first call.

Bethany was the best agent we could ask for. She went above and beyond to accommodate our schedules and only showed us what we were looking for. She never tried to show us more expensive houses than what we asked for. Her understanding attention to detail knowledge showed how much she truly cares about her clients. She even took care of things outside of a realtor and responsibilities to ensure the best experience from picking a house all the way through closing. I wouldn?t recommend anybody else!

Bethany Burge-Bosbous is a great person to work with. She is a very hard worker and works hard to sell your listing. I would use her again and tell people to use her.

Bethany has negotiated the purchase of 2 primary residences, and 4 investment properties...and she has sold 3 properties for me in the past 10 years. I will be listing one of my investment properties with her in roughly 6 weeks, and I anticipate a quick sale. She is quite tenacious! She is a tough negotiator for her clients. Bethany truly goes above and beyond. I highly recommend her as a buyers agent or a sellers agent.
