If I could give Sharon more than a 5 star review I would! She was just simply awesome to work with. When we first met with Sharon we were blown away by her knowledge of our area, her analysis of all the comps in the area and what our pricing strategy should be. Her marketing strategy was way above anything else we saw from other realtors. Way more than just an ad in the Standard Times and the real estate mags. Very tech savy marketing. She utilized many social media and online marketing techniques which ultimately drove a lot of traffic to our first showing (a week after listing the property). Out of this showing, Sharon was able to generate MULTIPLE offers on our property. We accepted an offer ABOVE asking price. Not much more you can ask for than that.To recap, we firmly believe that because of Sharon's expertise, professionalism, sales technique, and hard work we received multiple offers after a week of being on the market and ended up selling for above asking price!I would and have recommended her to anyone I know that is looking to buy and sell a property
