She has been incredible with stuff like that, shes just such a cracker jack and jack of all trades too ;)She picked a great listing price even though this is an exciting market it was made more exciting for our home we were selling with her expertise, the house sold for 20% over asking price!

ZillowVERIFIED We used Sharon Simmons from ReMax to sell our home and purchase a new home and she was outstanding.Before choosing a second real estate agent, ( because our first one did a horrible job) We did some research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling our unique property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Sharon and her team at ReMax stood out as the best. Sharon's rankings are excellent her social media presence was strong, and we could tell she put a lot of work into her listings.We spoke with Sharon and then met with her at our home. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our property which was unique due to the fact that we had several barns and a large piece of land and no other similar homes in the area to compare it to. Sharon made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like giving us staging tips, having professional photographs taken( which Sharon did herself), and a lot more.When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition.Our house went under contract shortly after ! ( and she found us the perfect new home !) Sharon walked us through every step of the closing process. When perspective buyers look at a house and make a negative comment, she doesn't just leave it at that. She asks them what she and the seller can do to "fix" it. ZillowVERIFIED I recently had to move out of a rental home because the landlords daughter wanted the place so I went to Sharon Simmons to see what was out there to rent. We met at her office and viewed homes to rent within my budget but unfortunately there were no homes available at the time in the area so we started looking at condo units. There were some condo units to rent but unfortunately we had a cat and they did not allow any types of animals so then we looked at apartments in the area and found quite a few. There were 2 that we really liked and had everything we wanted in the area within our budget. So we made appointments to view them. Sharon guided us through the process of what was going to take place and helped us with questions to ask. She also was listening to everything that was being said and when we left, she told us other questions to ask if they called back and wanted to make an appointment to see if we wanted the apartment. Well, both places called us back and we went over questions with them and they both wanted us. So Sharon sat down with us and went through the pros and cons with both places to help us make the right choice and that she did. We have been at our apartment going on 3 years and love it and our landlords. Our apartment was a lease for a year and Sharon suggested to go for 2 yrs since we had no plans of moving again and knowing we won't be because they wanted it for family or something else. So we are very happy in our apartment thanks to Sharon and she is looking out for a small home within our budget and when she comes across one, we know it will be the one for us! Thanks Sharon!

When we first met with Sharon we were blown away by her knowledge of our area, her analysis of all the comps in the area and what our pricing strategy should be. Her marketing strategy was way above anything else we saw from other realtors. Way more than just an ad in the Standard Times and the real estate mags. Very tech savy marketing. She utilized many social media and online marketing techniques which ultimately drove a lot of traffic to our first showing (a week after listing the property). Out of this showing, Sharon was able to generate MULTIPLE offers on our property. We accepted an offer ABOVE asking price. ZillowVERIFIED In preparing to sell our house we met with 4 agents in one day. It was like speed dating with a real estate twist. All were well rated, but each had a different style. Here's what we found: - 2 tried to push our price down for an easy sale - 1 would promise anything to get our listing and "see what happens" When it came to Sharon, we found her to be honest and clear in her analysis of the market conditions. She was willing to stretch our price to what the market would bear, and make it work by marketing the house. In other words, any of the agents would list the house, and show the house, but only Sharon would actively "sell" the house. Ahead of our open house she worked her network, talked to many other agents, distributed one page flyers around the neighborhood, emailed the house around, you name it. By 5pm on the day of the open house we had three competing offers, 2 at full list price, which I remind you was "much too high" according to two of the agents. Sharon was willing to look beyond local comp's at the true value of the home, and was able to make it easy for others to see what it was really worth. I would work with Sharon again without hesitation. She's really very good at selling houses.
