ZillowVERIFIED Cory is simply the best in the business and I couldnt recommend him enough!! The knowledge and skill he has regarding the entire home buying process and all of our options was unbelievable. He was there every step of the way and answering any questions we had within minutes. We went from preapproved to closing on our first home within five weeks and I truly dont think that would have happened without Cory as our realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Cory DaSilva is truly a pleasure to work with. He worked with my husband and I over the past three years on and off as we reworked plans several times to found the perfect first home. Cory was extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient with us. He never pushed us to buy he always trusted our lead and helped steer us in the right direction to reach our goals both short-term and long-term. We worked with two other agents durring this time as we were looking in many New England states. None of the other agents we worked with came close in comparison to his character and real-estate knowledge. Unlike other agents who simply show us the home he went above and beyond pointing out everything he could to help us make an educated choice. He never hesitanted to get out a flashlight and get under a dirty crawl space. That attention to detail saved us alot of headaches. We are very happy we were able to buy with him. We felt complete confidence every step of the way while closing on our home. Buying a house is one of the most important decisions of your life. Don't settle for just a good real-estate agents work with Cory and get the best.

ZillowVERIFIED My family and I are very grateful to have had a wonderful experience with Cory. He is very professional and knowledgeable in this field- not only in the buying/selling process, but also in the functional assessment of a home. Cory answered all of our questions, day or night, and helped us find our dream! He also assisted my parents in selling their home well above asking price! I highly recommend Cory to anyone interested in selling/buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Cory has showed me multiple homes in my criteria and price range and has been a huge help. He does his research on every home and keeps me up to date on any new listings. It's only a matter of time before I go ahead and purchase one and I know I'm working with the right person to help me get the best price possible. Can't thank him enough.
