I cannot say enough wonderful things about Erika and the way she helped me through one of the most difficult seasons of my life. When I first met her, my husband and I were preparing to sell our home in Texas to move back to Missouri. We signed the listing paperwork together, and shortly afterward, my husband ended up in jail in Missouri. I suddenly found myself having to deal with everything on my own, during an already incredibly stressful and emotional situation. From that point forward, Erika was absolutely amazing! She never made me feel like I was a burden or that I was handling things alone. She came to the house and helped stage it, hired a professional photographer to make sure the home was presented beautifully, kept me informed throughout the process, and went above and beyond every step of the way. She was not only an incredible Realtor, but she was also compassionate, patient, understanding, and genuinely supportive when I needed it most. Selling a home can be stressful under normal circumstances, but having someone like her in my corner made such a huge difference. The house closed a couple days ago, and I am so thankful to have this Chapter behind me. I truly could not have asked for a better person to help me through it.
