ZillowVERIFIED Brady is a wonderful realtor. He knows neighborhoods, homes, and a good deal. He could walk in to a home and almost immediately know if it was a good home or not. He gave his honest opinion about homes we visited and even brought up points I had not thought about (resale value, schools, etc). He was responsive to us no matter the time of day and genuinely wanted to help us find our first home.

ZillowVERIFIED When I came to Brady I had a few things that were non negotiable when looking for my house. He immediately went to work trying to find me a new home. One thing on my list was an oversized garage that I could park my truck in. Well after a few weeks of searching he came to me with the idea to just build what I want. He contacted every builder in the area I was looking and in some areas I wasnt just to see if it could be done. It ended up only two would work with me on changing the design. So we went to meet both. Brady told me before we arrived at the first house which builder he thought was a better quality builder. He was 100% correct. Within the next day or two he scheduled a meeting with the builder himself and we sat down and had a plan in motion! If you are looking for a house around Fort Worth. I cannot recommend anyone better to help you. Brady was very helpful, respectful, responsive, and professional. He kept in great communication and was very knowledgeable about every aspect of purchasing a new home. He also put me in contact with the right people to help with all the financial aspects of buying my home. Thank you Brady.

ZillowVERIFIED I really lucked out with Brady. I sent an email request through a search site and he responded to me with a couple hours. He was so attentive to my concerns and questions. As a first time home buyer, that was a big relief. He also introduced me to my lending broker, who was also fabulous during the process. Brady continued to send me suggestions and responded to my questions day and night. I lucked out and bought the second house I looked at, but even if I hadn't, I know I would have found a great place through Brady.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Brady through an online search of properties in the Fort Worth area. At that point, I lived in Alabama and essentially knew nothing of the real estate market in Fort Worth. Once I entered my name on his site, he responded personally with a phone call to introduce himself and acquaint me with his team of professionals that were ready to assist me in my long-distance search. It was about two months before my husband and I actually made a trip to Fort Worth to start the house hunting process. Brady was always in communication with us as to where to go and when to meet and was always on time for each meeting and appointment. Once we found a house and needed to start the mortgage process, Brady connected us with an outstanding team at Legacy Mutual who helped us secure a great mortgage! I highly recommend Brady and his team at Chisolm Realtors for the truly outstanding service they provide!
