Timi did a fantastic job of finding new tenants for our rental house. From researching, pricing, marketing, shortlisting, performing background checks and finally through the contract signature. After the fact she went above and beyond and checked with the tenants after they moved in to ensure everything was perfect. If I could give Timi 10 stars, I would. bw

She was amazing, patient, thorough, and motivated in helping us find the perfect home. Over the 6 months or so of working with her she physically showed us 30+ homes and went out of her way to view most of the homes before taking us to them. She was able to give us constructive guidance as we looked at the homes and once we found the perfect home, she was able to help us expedite the inspections and closing. She also had many recommendations for the best vendors to use for the necessary closing documentation. She found our house for us almost a year ago and she still calls to check on us and how we are setting into the home. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to find their perfect home.

Ive bought and sold more than 20 houses (some as investments) in 40+ years. She is simply the best agent that Ive ever had represent me. Its great knowing that someone is looking out for me, providing the research on every option and house, yet really listening to us. Clearly very experienced, lots of energy, and diligence. Also demonstrated a great deal of patience with us, we were difficult, and bought a new house before selling old one, she handled both.

She offered suggestions to help us prepare to sell our home. Explained what was going on in the market and what to expect. We were able to get top dollar for our home. She knew what we were looking for and found our home. Knew the area well. She was at closing to assist in anyway. Everything went off smoothly. Knows everyone in the business from window installers to cabinet makers. If I need a contractor she knows who to call.
