She knew what we were looking for and found our home. Knew the area well. She was at closing to assist in anyway. Everything went off smoothly. Knows everyone in the business from window installers to cabinet makers. If I need a contractor she knows who to call.

ZillowVERIFIED She was amazing, patient, thorough, and motivated in helping us find the perfect home. Over the 6 months or so of working with her she physically showed us 30+ homes and went out of her way to view most of the homes before taking us to them. She was able to give us constructive guidance as we looked at the homes and once we found the perfect home, she was able to help us expedite the inspections and closing. She also had many recommendations for the best vendors to use for the necessary closing documentation. She found our house for us almost a year ago and she still calls to check on us and how we are setting into the home. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to find their perfect home.

Timi showed several home/lots and was very knowledgeable in the area I was considering. I was very happy with her promptness and willingness to show me as many properties as I wanted to see. Also she was the listing agent for the house next door to me. The owner moved out of state prior to listing her home and Timi provided her top notch service. Timi made sure house was prepared for showing; yard was neatly cut, flower beds looked good and went as far as patching holes in walls and touch up paint. Listed the house and it sold in 24 hours. I was so impressed that I recommended her to a friend and they purchased a home from Timi. She goes above and beyond to make you feel important and is very attentive to all your needs. In a very busy market, all these qualities combine to make the perfect agent- not just someone that will only help, but also cares that you get your offer accepted. I was new to the home shopping process and she helped navigate me through it and was very informative about each step along the way. When it came to making an offer, I knew the offer I was making was presented as best as possible to the seller. I am not home shopping at the moment, but I know I will be in contact again when the time is right.
