Remmes & Co.

Chris is an excellent realtor. He is very responsive, well organized and has a strong work ethic. Chris and his team worked closely with me to successfully complete the sale of the real estate I had placed on the market with him during the pandemic. Thank you Chris for your service!

It is my great pleasure to recommend Chris Remmes as a real estate agent for any individual or family looking to buy or sell their home. I was trying to sell our family home in Watertown, MA which had been in the family since 1958. Chris was very accessible and communicated with me throughout the sale, he always returned my phone calls and emails promptly. Chris recommended a few cosmetic upgrades (painting/repairs/cleaning) before we put our home on the market and his advice definitely made a difference. Our family home was sold within 24 hours over asking price! I highly recommend Chris Remmes and Coldwell Banker Agency, Boston, MA.

Chris Remmes was the best. He listened to my wishes, made a careful evaluation of my unit and building and led the way through the entire selling process with easeaEUR|....even in this unpredictable market. While other units in my former location remain unsold, thanks to Chris, his sound advice and market knowledge and experience, mine is sold aEUR"aEUR"and quickly at that. Expertise, clarity of communicationaEUR|..those are just a couple of his strengths! Working with him was a great experience.

We were referred to Chris Remmes because we had a complicated family situation with the sale of our home. His calm and professional demeanor was most appreciated at this stressful time. Chris spelled out his recommendations clearly and knowlegeably. There were a few bumps and twists and turns but Chris and his team guided us down the path to success in record time with a very possitive outcome - we sold our home and are moving to a great location with Chriss help also! Thank you Chris, Sheila and Jack!!

Sheila was an easy and honest realtor to work with. She is knowledgeable of the area and readily accessible, willing to take on any challenge presented to her. I will forever use Sheila for any more future real estate needs!
