ZillowVERIFIED First, Chris advised me on the initial selling price that commanded 16 offers in a week and 8 rebids that obtained an amazing final offer. and 10% deposit. I was an out of state executor of an estate and Chris assisted me in so many ways that I felt I had a true friend helping me throughout the process, and this was after the offer. He checked the oil levels, thermostats, had the place cleaned and fixed up. Got all of the inspections done and found local people for electrical work and to clean out all of the unwanted stuff. I have bought and sold many houses over the years with very good agents but Chris was the best ever.

Second he followed up the deal from the offer, to the purchase and sale agreement till the closing Thirdly he knowledge on the area is so wide that he can tell you right away the issues that you may face. Finally I would like to mention that he has always a solution for everything. Either you need a painter or someone doing major renovation he can always help and find someone. He actually has a lot of connection in the financial field and among lenders, so that he can easily help you out if any issues . Sometimes things may go wrong and here is where Chris jump in the picture. He will be walking you thorugh the process of home purchasing (which can be stressful time to time) in a very nice way.
