Remax/palm

Barbara was fantastic! She is so personable and such a pleasant person to work with. The whole staff with RE/MAX was a wonderful experience. The way they presented our house had it under contract in less than four days.

The best in the business. I've bought and sold a lot of real estate in my lifetime. Not one was as easy as our Punta gorda property. Barb and Nick are at the peak of professionalism. Every detail was covered. Fantastic brokerage house. More to come! Fat point is hot

After Interviewing several realtors , it was an obvious choice selecting Barb Brooks and Nick Demers to market and show my home. Barb has the energy, experience and drive necessary to make ""the best" presentation and showcase for prospective buyers in the market for their forever home. She was successful in a matter of days, receiving several offers. Her partner, Nick, is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about real estate in this area and goes the extra mile, ensuring a smooth closing and transition for all parties. ( I can't forget to mention Hayley, a valuable team member with this REMAX group). This team made the process feel effortless. Wish I had connected with them sooner!!

I have been working with my agent for over 25 years buying and selling homes for my family in NJ. When I told her I was relocating to Florida she assured me that she would find a highly qualified agent to find me a home here in Florida. Barb Brooks is the agent she thought would be best for me. She was right. Barb showed me exactly the types of homes I was looking for. My preferences would change a bit as I wasn't always sure about exactly what I wanted. With each change Barb Brooks would show me the homes that would be fitting my wants and needs. Eventually I found the perfect home for me. I could not have done without her and her partner Nick. I highly reccomend Barb Brooks for any of you realestate needs.

We truly appreciate everything Barb and Nick have done for us, and we look forward to working with them for many years to come. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, experienced, and caring real estate team!
