My husband and I are 85 years old and have bought and sold about 14 properties in our life time. I was also a realtor myself for about 10 years so I know some of the horrors that go on in the process. Karsyn is well trained in the process and made it the easiest transaction we ever had. She kept us informed about every step. Karsyn is very upbeat and humble at the same time and made us feel like she was our friend. Jerry was very easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the local market. He was always easy to reach and responded very quickly to texts and emails. The market was moving very fast at the time we were looking and Jerry helped get us in touch with builders that had spec. homes in their inventory. Jerry was there with us for our home inspection and helped to point out needed repairs and defects.
