Sara is wonderful. My husband and I were pre-approved on a Wednesday, so we contacted Sara on the following Friday. She asked us our needs v. wants, then sent us a link to a house. Husband and I fell in love immediately. Sara booked a walkthrough the following Sunday, and we signed our intent to purchase on Monday. Recap: pre-approved on Wednesday, and the following Monday, we signed papers to start the home buying process - a total of 5 days. Sara took care of everything from there, and we moved in to our new home this last Friday. Not once did I feel stressed. Vania helped me purchase my home in 2020 and sell it in 2024. In 2020 during very limited inventory she was able to help me get my home for under list, despite being in an ideal location and very nice neighborhood. We stayed in touch until I was to relocate and was able to source two offers, selling it above list. Being new to the area having someone who is a native and longer time agent helped guide me to the right home. We continue to stay in touch and she even offered to help find me the right agent in my new area.
